          From October 20th to 23rd, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing. The meeting reviewed the 'Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development,' outlining a blueprint for China's development over the next five years. Recently, the *People's Daily* published a series of eight articles titled 'Zhong Caiwen,' a special commentary on the Chinese economy under the guidance of Xi Jinping's economic thought. These articles systematically and deeply elaborate on the inherent logic of China's long-term stable economic development, as well as the opportunities and certainties of China's development for the world, conveying a strong signal of stabilizing expectations, strengthening confidence, and promoting development.

  Among them, the article 'China's Economic Transformation and Upgrading Contains Significant Opportunities (Special Commentary on the Chinese Economy under the Guidance of Xi Jinping's Economic Thought)' points out that traditional and new infrastructure construction contains significant opportunities. China is vast, and the demand for infrastructure construction is enormous due to coordinated regional development. The density of railways and highways in the central and western regions is still far lower than that in the eastern coastal areas. The construction and renovation of traditional infrastructure can still generate long-term comprehensive economic and social benefits. The construction of intercity railways and cross-river and cross-sea bridges and other inter-regional channels has a significant effect on improving transportation and logistics efficiency and enhancing the level of regional economic development; the investment demand in this area is still substantial. China will improve the quality and level of urbanization, optimize spatial layout, accelerate the development of urban clusters and metropolitan areas, and build modern people-oriented cities. It will also continue to promote urban renewal, upgrading urban villages and old residential areas, and strengthening flood control, drainage, and disaster relief infrastructure, urban underground pipe networks, and integrated utility tunnels. Meeting people's needs for a better urban life will bring huge investment opportunities. Furthermore, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that China's determination to expand high-level opening-up will not change, its determination to share development opportunities with the world will not change, and its determination to promote economic globalization towards a more open, inclusive, equitable, balanced, and win-win direction will not change.
